THE S.A.F.E. STEPS

My compassionate, nurturing Illumination Program is about loving yourself and others unconditionally, and feeling safe during the process to achieve more happiness, and tranquility. Accessing the purest kind of love centered in the core of your being is a technique based on my S.A.F.E. steps I developed to help illuminate your life and your relationships.

Being illuminated means feeling present, loved, empowered and safe. So I created the following acronym that encapsulates my coaching model that’s firm yet gentle, and always comes from a place of honesty and love. The program was designed to help you create a more positive outlook by shifting your mindset from apathy and fear to inspiration and faith.

SEEK THE TRUTH – Step 1

Delve deeper into knowing about yourself and the world you live in.


ACCEPT ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY – Step 2

Acknowledge and examine personal patterns, cycles, habits and behaviors that are negatively impacting the quality of your life and relationships.


FREE YOUR MIND – Step 3

Detach from limiting beliefs to achieve a more optimistic state of mind.

EXPRESS AND EXPAND YOUR HEART – Step 4

Honor your truth so you can live and lead in love. 

 

The S.A.F.E. steps for my Illumination Program were the basis for the creation of The S.A.F.E. Communication Method for Couples. A relationship transformational process used to empower others to stay passionately and powerfully connected with their partners.

The S.A.F.E. Communication Method for Couples

is a 4 step cognitive communication process designed to help couples create an HONEST, HARMONIOUS and PASSIONATE connection, so they can coexist in peace and grow deeper in love.

Whether you’re in a long term relationship, married, or engaged these steps will provide the communication skills you need to help KEEP YOUR FRIENDSHIP AND PASSION ALIVE. 

Here is how I apply the S.A.F.E. steps when coaching couples who are looking to strengthen, or reignite their LOVE CONNECTION.

SEEK THE TRUTH – Step 1

Delve deeper into knowing yourself, your partner and the disharmony in the relationship. Get clear and concise about what you both want and need.

ACCEPT ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPONSIBLITY – Step 2

Acknowledge and examine your personal habits and behaviors that are creating disharmony in your relationship.

FREE YOUR MIND – Step 3

Review personal limiting beliefs and ideas around: love, commitment and the opposite sex. Uncover past pain which could be impacting the present.

EXPRESS AND EXPAND YOUR HEART – Step 4

Feel S.A.F.E. to communicate your needs, wants and concerns honestly and effectively.

Once a couple has gone through all of the steps they begin to step closer into the realms of DIVINE LOVE. This type of mindful, compassionate based love allows for more understanding to flow through you creating the type of relationship that thrives for the long haul. 

You will each feel safer to freely express what is on your mind and heart, allowing you to speak your truth without fear.
