THE S.A.F.E. STEPS

My S.A.F.E. Methods are for those who are ready to experience the power of unconditional love. The steps are a process rooted in RADICAL self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-love. All of my mindful coaching products and methods are based on these S.A.F.E. principles. This is about getting comfortable identifying your wants, needs, desires, insecurities and fears, and knowing how to express that information effectively.

Delve deeper into knowing yourself, your partner and the disharmony in the relationship. Get clear and concise about what you both want and need.

  • ACCEPT ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY - Step 2 

Acknowledge and examine your personal habits and behaviors that are creating disharmony in your relationship.

  • FREE YOUR MIND – Step 3 

Review personal limiting beliefs and ideas around: love, commitment and the opposite sex. Uncover past pain which could be impacting the present.

 

  • EXPRESS & EXPAND YOUR HEART – Step 4 

Feel S.A.F.E. to honestly and effectively communicate your needs, wants, desires, concerns, fears and insecurities.
