ENJOY: Mindfulness Movement Meditation Massage & Music A Unique MULTI-SENSORY Self-Care Experience For Your Mind Body Heart & Soul UP TO 12 per group session. THE INTENTION: To teach you how to mindfully address stress and improve the relationship with mind and your body, so you can take control of your well beingness. It's training self to be more self aware and fully present in the NOW moment. CLASS DESCRIPTION- DURING THIS GATHERING Janie will be guiding you through breathing exercises, as well as a series of simple stretches and movements to help achieve mind body connection, brain synchronization and heart-brain coherence. You’ll receive science based insights about your body along with powerful meditative affirmations and visualizations to help boost your immunity. MUSIC and SOUND THERAPY will be an integral part of the experience, as well as self reflective journal prompts.***BRING A JOURNAL.*** Janie will share self-massage/reflexology tips, cover the tool of Tapping (EFT), that will help clear your lymphatic system, meridians and boost your vitality. ENJOY HOT TEA and an open Q&A after. Everything covered during the class can easily be used on a daily basis to keep your stress levels in check. I THE GOAL: To empower you with knowledge and mindfulness tools, so that you can improve the overall well-being of your mind, body, heart and soul. You will strengthen and stretch your body to relieve tension, WHILE LEARNING how to holistically release mental/emotional stress and repressed pain. THE RESULT: You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, restored, loved and empowered. WHAT TO WEAR: Clothes you can easily move in...yoga/workout attire, sweats etc.
